| 24/7 model will not work in Asia, how many companies are willing to advertise online now. Banner advertising alone is not effective. All they know is to sell banner while most job site integrate their banner with buttons, web page and other promotion to gain real advertiser and money. Their agency model lack human imagination. I would say they will fail. |
