| I have used many different services for hotels, air planes, etc. and AsiaRooms is by far the best out there for Thai Hotels. I had a problem once due to last minute requirement to cancel a reservation and make another, and they came through in a flash. They are by far the fastest with reservations and there are real people that you can chat with if need be. I give them a rating of 10. Akeith/USA |

| I would like to comment on AsiaRooms.com that their service is not professional. The site wasn't design from a user point of view, I keep on clicking till the one I want, then I was redireted to register page, and lost my track. Definitely they need to simplify the on-line booking process in order to attract more customers, especially there are so many competitor sites around in Asia. |
