I've been using Job Asia since 1997, and since that year there are many similar sites pop up in the region. Guess what? Actually I found my second job via Job Asia as well. There is no doult about their quality of job from MNC. However, I think they do need some kind of road show to boost up their brandings in Asia. |

Keep up the quality

Requires registration but it's simpler than I expected.
Good quality of jobs from many large and small (but interesting) companies. Many other job sites claim large no. of jobs but in fact they carry too many unknown agency ads; JobAsia appears to be more selective and manages not to fill up their site with those cheap ads. Also has the best job listing layout except there is no salary info.
Hope they'll improve on getting more jobs esp. executive level jobs.

Limited to Hong Kong market.

It is really user-friendly job search web site. They have a powerful search engine to get the right jobs for me, now with an even powerful job spider! Unfortunately most of the opening jobs are for HK only.

Too complicated to use.

Too complicated to use. Loading time is ok. Some job descriptions are too brief. |

JobAsia is one of the earliest commercial web site and a pioneer in job search in Asia based on excellent idea. The job search layout is still the most attractive among all job sites in Asia and US I have visited, but needs a bit of practice to appreciate the meticulously designed search. However, up and coming job sites have copied from JobAsia, and I think JobAsia needs to put in more improvement and innovation quickly to maintain its leadership. |

It's not interactive enough.

I found the second generation job posting board such as JobsDb.com or CareerNext are much better in terms of interactivities, I can use my stored resume to apply for any jobs without typing them all over again. However, I still put JobAsia.com on my top list of job searching site because of it’s great job content! |

I like Job Asia very much, because of its easy navigate user interface and Job Asia being the first online job site in Asia that attracts many good companies posting their jobs. The only thing need to be improved is that Job Asia need to improve its resume builder function. |
