Another falling company

Obviously PP.COM has performed poorly despite it has spent tons of money to build it's brand in Hong Kong. Their management seemed to forgot the fundamental thing that is quality. If this site doesn't have much property to sell/buy, who will come? Also, the user interface is not friendly, always asking you to register first and you have to answer tons of question before getting to the one you are interested to buy/rent. At final, it's quality making a business sucessful! |

Quite difficult to use.

How come PP.COM require so much registration every where? I really don't like this idea, it's kind of forcing me to register everytime I saw a interesting section to click. I think they really need to improve this before they can seriously track massive users. Remember, PP.COM site's purpose is to provide property information, not to collect registration. |

When I enter PP.COM, I saw a blank page with system error:
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80004005'
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][Named Pipes]Specified SQL server not found. /www/chi/include/function.inc, line 15
How can they even compete here if there is a series bug in their front page?

PointProperty.com (PP.COM) does have a very good user interface and the search engine is very accurately in getting my search criteria. However, most of my friends switch to GoHome because PP.COM doesn’t have enough
Content, in terms of the amount of available apartment for sale and rent. Catching Up PP.COM!

It's a great improvement on the site since Oct. there are still some errors though. However I think it’s outstanding among a lot others in Hong Kong. |

I am an expat working for multinational in Hong Kong. Yesterday, I searched for rental apt in mid-level on PP.COM, and I am so surprised the available ads are so limited! The only reason I went to PP.COM is because I saw their huge outdoor ad and what I get is disappointment. |
