| SportsNetGlobal.com is on news section in many local Hong Kong media. Many of its staff claimed that their salary was delayed by the company as a total of HK$5M. The site hasn't been updated for quite sometime and there isn't a uniqueness between SNG and its competitors that’s why investors hesitate to put any more funding. |

| Already a bad business model to start with! Content isn't update these days and not many people even know their existence. May be it’s time for their management to step down in order to save the company. |
