| This site has about 3 users and the star user of the site is the world's biggest racist. It is well documented that the site admin of Hicow is also behind questionable practices at Metatus, which was banned for excessive spamming.
Hicow is the center for racism, slander, and plays the role of the poorer cousin of Loserville to the tee.
Don't be surprised if you're disappointed after a 10 second visit. |

| Peter Chiu, webmaster of this site, never admitted to the relationship between Hicow and his other (failed) venture Metatus, when it's clear that they both share IP address ranges registered to the same entity. He also allows his star users, racists and hatemongers like "Mashimaro", to abuse registration information. This is definitely a case for the PCO. |

| ...Only if you're deranged or stupid. Unfortunately that seems to apply to the half dozen or so idiots who hold sway over the rather impressionable webmaster of this piss-poor copy of Icered. It seems that the regulars here have all been thrown off the more popular and established Icered, and spend all their time here trying to talk it down. A sad site consisting of equally sad people bleating on in jealousy. |

| Despite the reappearance of apparent competitor Metatus.com on the Hicow.com website traffic hasn't improved. Hicow changed its IP, now resolving to an address ranged registered to Metatus, confirming what we know - Metatus & Hicow were owned by the same people, despite their denial. I don't trust the operators of this site - it looks like they use it as a personal playground to obtain information of users they don't like and then stalk them in real life. Avoid at all costs. |
