| SurfGold is a loyalty company that runs loyalty programs for their customers. I have talked to some of their customers and most are fairly satisfied with their services. While they are their own customers (running SurfGold.com) they also run many other loyalty programs for other companies. Some of these can be found on their corp web site. |

| I have seen surfgold around for sometime and I do think they have been successful in creating their brand awareness in Hong Kong, but all I know is that they are some loyalty mktg co. What actually do they do? and how do you get rewards? mktg on that aspect seems weak and remains unknown amongst many.

| How many loyalty schemes can a small island like Singapore use? More rewards, surfgold, etc. think the mkt is already saturated as it is. companies are jumping into the bandwagon with any distinction. indiv retailers have been also barging in on this trend which hit europe in the early 1990s, but how many joint loyalty/reward/customer cards does each person need? and how many can they use? i personally have a couple, but have never figured out which outlet uses which. |
