Back to live?

Read their press released today on the front page, I really hope Chinese Books CyberStore will back to live again. I really missed their catelog and I still believe it's the only Asia version of Amazon. Keep up the good work! |

What a relief!

I heard the parent company brought back CBC, what a relief! It would be a pity to see them go that way. CBC provides information by experts, helpful shopping services and innovative merchandising. Online shoppers at CBC enter a specialty store environment where they can shop by categories or keyword search and select from top selling books. |

Short Sight!

Chinese Books CyberStore is one of the best on-line bookstore in Hong Kong, but what's happened recent really make investors worried about the growth of B2C ecommerce Web site in the region. Chinese Books CyberStore is the one with real profit, membership and hits, closing down CBC is the worst decision and short sight from CBC management team and share holders. |

Not a pleasant experience!

I ordered the VCD from China Books from Canada because I saw their promotion. (No shipping fee).
After waiting for more than 1 month and 10 email request, what I’ve got now is the answer saying “We apologize for the ordering item that is currently out of stock”. I felt cheated. Is this the right way to attract customers by using such a Not so honest promotion campaign?
