| I must say on-line shopping at Sa Sa has given me a totally new experience, it's fast and safe! The site looks really professional; products are described with detail information and buyer's reviews. Their customer service is very efficient and always returns my email request within the day. Sa Sa is highly recommended if you are looking for cost saving cosmetics. |

| With the crashing of B2C shopping around the world, I really wonder Sa Sa's recently launched cosmetic store will work. Asian girls seemed like to seek advice and test products before they actually buy, but how can they do that on-line? This is actually the major reason why looks.com failed even being the first mover. |

| Many of my friends told me their bad experience with this cosmetic store, most of their so called discounted packages were out-dated products or fake ones, you pay money to damage your skin! Besides, their on-line customer service never reply my email regarding their return policy, I really don't suggest anyone visit this site and buy products from them! |

| I've just shopped at Waston's during lunch, and reach the Clarins Counter....then the salelady advise me not buying Clarin's products from SaSa, she said there are all fake products. Of course, same rule applies to their on-line shopping mall.

| I always go to Sa Sa stores to buy cosmetic package, because I think they worth every penny and I can try all different brand costing me a fortune. After the failure of looks.com, I think Sa Sa has the most potential to become Asia’s leading e-tailor in cosmetic field, because its retail stores are extremely profitable and successful, and their newly setup on-line business is just helping them to do more business, more important, expanding the branding internationally. |
