 Ugly New Design!

| I really don't like the new design of Hang Seng e-banking. The new layout and color scheme is much likely done by a team of inexperienced designer. The old version is very suitable for a reputable bank like Hang Seng and it was much easier to navigate, I guess they are adding many new features in. Somehow I felt those top management of many HK based companies like this kind of style. (ie, very colorful and stuffed with many things on one page) Sigh!!! |

Terribly slow for eIPO access

| I am shocked by the performance of Hang Seng eIPO service, I cannot access to their server on September 25, 2000. The speed is so slow, which I wonder how can this happen to a reputable and bank like Hang Seng. I think they need to improve their bandwidth and add-in more servers in order to cope with the busy transaction at least for the period of eIPO and through stress test the server performance before allow public to access. |
