| As I understood ActionAce was one of those B2C ecommerce king serveral months ago in Asia exporting hard to find toys into US market, but a failure model now as an example of a company that had grown too fast and spent too quickly! Sigh! |

| ActionAce, one of Hong Kong’s earliest Internet startups to gain high-profile venture capital funding has laid off most of its employees – 75 in total. Founders Casey Lau and John Wong are rumoured to have already left the company. Sigh!!! ActionAce really has a good business and revenue model and their sales are well over US2million a year, may be it's still not the right time for Net business in Asia.
