Speed of accessing this site is 1 star. Having a clean design with an intuitive interface that allows fast access to pertinent data is one thing. When the underlying infrastructure lets the overall performance of the website down the best information design and navigation is pointless... The overall experience really sucks because of the web server performance. |

If I was Cathay Pacific I would be shocked about the quality of this website. Its sickening that they had extreme periods of latency in the system response. I am disappointed with their online brand. I would also be furious that the system developed by these clowns does not seem to detect bottlenecks in system requests, alert a system administrator, and then they work on the problem. |

Slow performance

I've tried to check flight availability for the last 2 days and each time for 15minutes the system just hangs...it isnt my internet connection for sure....Cathay Pacific...ur website sucks. Whoever built it for you left some serious problems in the system. |
