Comment Can't agree more! * 1/2 * o o o

Spent more than 80 mins on the site filling all kinds of personal detail, survey and after all, there is no job inside, what a disappointment. Worst of all, no body contact me at all after 3 months. Mind you I am in a sr. role in a reputable dotcom company. Just wonder why FutureStep is so much different than Corn Ferry (their monther company), which is so professional and elegant!
Comment Absolutely waste of my time. * 1/2 * o o o

I've spent so much time filling up the long survey and questions. I found their so claimed AI matching system is a piece of crap. There is really nothing special. In additional, Futurestep keeps sending me their advertisement even I particularly asked them not to four times. I would like to say this specificially "You need to re-construct the whole site before getting good potential candidates". I believe I've make myself clear!
Comment Not worth! * * o o o

I got contacted by Futurestep for offerings in the dot.com industry - all of which promptly were rescinded as the hiring companies went belly-up or got their headcounts frozen. Considering I spent more than a damn hour filling out the application form/psychological profile, the experience has hardly been worth it.
Comment One of the best! * * * * o

I consider FutureStep one of the best e-recruitment Web site for mid-senior management in Asia, except if they can reduce the registration length because I don't find the IA function really matched with my chooses.
Comment Registration is too long! * * * 1/2 * o

The idea of using AI to match jobs with professional is good, but the registration process is really too tedious. Especially the quiz part, man! It takes me 20 mins, and Futurestep finally pop up with an internal programming error!!! I won't visit anymore.
Comment It's a good career management site * * * * o

It takes a bit longer to complete than I thought it would, but the feedback was really worth it. One of my friends got a really good job once he registered and he's now extremely happy with the pay and the company. I also got to talk with one of the consultants there and she was very very helpful in clarifying for me what it is I want out of a career.
