Red-Dots has very convenient service centre, and has unlimited resource for marketing and promotion. |

Good experience!

Used red-dots, actually bought an item there (great value). Person selling used go2hk.com first but potential buyer never showed up and suddenly became uncontactable. So most depends on the person you actually do the deal with. |

Poor Customer Services

Complained many times that a lot of non-serious players bid my items with no replies, however, Red-Dots just ignored me and no responses at all. They just let those players continue to play with pageview? |

Bad CS Service

I've tried red-dots once. When I went to their CS centre to get the commodity, the staff there just played and ignored me. So unprofessional! |

They had the products from the "Tpkyo Raiders", which Tony Leung wore... I love to have those...great selections... |

Unhappy

This site's user-interface is awful. It's too busy and too slow. One look at it makes me dizzy. The most important element of a good e-commerce site is the user-friendliness of it and Red-Dots has failed to achieve this. |

Only Have $$$

I love the old red-dots rather than the current red-dots, only focusing on the surface work like marketing, buying member, lie about their performance. It only has $ for great marketing because of supported by SHK. They claimed 40,000 members, but why not active trading forum? Because they get members by luring people to register and give away shares before IPO. Treat those serious traders like me as a fool! |

The item listing is going up everyday! And they had just given preferential shares to registered users... great! |

Red-Dots is not my favorite

I prefer the more promising auction like price decreases with increasing volume. This should be the future of online auction. |
