Unusable

I won't buy at Red-dots anymore. Must fail because the sellers all have another account to push price. Even if you win, they won't sell if the price is not good! |

Fewer and fewer users

I don't think their users could afford the service centre fee and are now leaving.
So is my money! |

Now they start charge for using their service centre, the only good thing is gone.
Keep buring all Sunevision's money (so glad that I sold all Sunevision shares two weeks after their IPO). |

No way for charging!

Just look at the poor subscription of Next Media. Internet content and services should remain free, especially consumer-friendly online payment systems and product distribution networks have yet to be worked out. Red-dots put too much self bidding items and made many its users angry and they will not return to the site anymore. |

To hard to win any item

Because every seller has many accounts to push the price up, making real bidder paying more and getting mad!
The layout is confusing, leading me to nowhere. |

Poor support!

I had bad experience with Red-Dots, firstly, their site design is very difficult for me to search or navigate stuffs I want. Second, their support staffs never answer me any question via email because I told them the seller never reply my message. Too many dead bidders and fake post. May be this is one of the worst auction site in Asia. |

Worth a try.

Red-dots catagories are very detail to choose. There are many new services currently provided, such as exchange check in centre, express delivery, customer security. |

Truth!

Red-Dots buys and sells themselves with no real transaction and Red-Dots helps their own clients post a lot of things for auction. |

I have used red-dots and go2hk beforehand, but I think I like red-dots over the others coz they have more products than others. Moreover, their Service Center is really helpful to eliminate the negotiation time with buyers and sellers. I can just say "Good"! |
