| Just wonder who's SurfGold's ISP, your speed is really slow, I can't even redeem my points at office hour. Btw, the user interface isn't friendly as well, not to mention your customer service team always ignore my inquiries.

While everyone else is getting into the side such as HelloAsia, CommonTown, etc., SurfGold.com still stay very strong and expanding it's branches across Asia at a extraordinary speed. Though the Web site itself may need to improve, especially the design and the loading time. |

| I am a Surfgold and Beenz member, I think that Surfgold customer service is very responsive and they have much more local relevant and good gifts to redeem. I've just redeemed Mrs. Field's cookies from them, yummy!
However, I don't think I can earn or spend easily at Beenz, most of their items are not local. |

| I have redeemed my points with them and I received my prize the next day. That is the most impressive thing I have experienced from any dot.com company. Although there are other companies which offer services that resembles them, I still find that SurfGold is the one company that captures my loyalty. I believe this is one of the best ideas I have seen on line all year. Not to mention the seriousness of the services and the emphasis on customer care. Five star all the way. |
