The front page looks nice but when you go inside the site... no good. Needs a lot more "beef" to capture audience. Work hard! |

And??

I am disappointed at what I have found in the site. There is too many scattered information about everything in this site. Not that useful. Maybe they should just focus on fashion and beauty. |

Design is 5 star!

I don't understand why she.com get so much negative about their business model and site design. Really, the production company Push Design is very professional and what they did on she.com is a master piece! Careful layout plus it's very comfortable to look at. I guess that she.com received so much funding and people just got over jealous! (Sour Grape) |

she.com isn't a good design portal

I do not think cool grey tones are good for a female site. Especially if you want to draw attention and promote the buying emotion that more warm-colours should be used instead. The layout is too much like a magazine that the big photo is useless for the site. I will say the art direction is great especially for those illustration icons, however the creative direction is bad since the major business objective for the project cannot be identified. |

Fundamental design error

I don't think this site is professional enough. How can the English text at the bottom be displayed in their target fonts, "Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" while they have specified the character set as BIG5 ?!??!?!?! (ie. charset=big5)
Those must be merely a few graphic designers from the traditional industry.
They know NOTHING about web. They know nothing about multimedia. What's the point for putting the print stuff onto the screen, huh ? |

Slowness

I don't understand how a company can produce a Web site that is so utterly useless for most Internet users. I am using 56k modem and it takes forever to download. Btw, the flash does not work on my PC at home. |

Push Design's Cool Work!

I admit Push Design really got one of the best Flash design team in town. I was shocked by their cool effects on she.com with really simple ideas. This proved again the important rule of simple but elegant. |

I like she.com's graphics and user interface design, and I am surprised to see such high quality can be also produced by a local Hong Kong Web design firm (Push Design). Great work guys! |

Too much is not good

To me, she.com is a very hongkong site. A lot of flashy design but not much substance. It can not claim to be a pan-asia site when everything in it is Hongkong. come on, will portals stop call themselves pan asia when they are really just hongkong.
