| If something they can't get for you, they will simply cancel the order for you and charge you with full shipping cost....Also you won't receive any email or notice about the order they have cancel for you.......what kind of service to earn 80 point... |

| I had purchased DVD, VCD, Books there for serveral times, they have good services while i can chase my orders status online. I can found what i want to find, including the old, out of stock DVD in outside store. They are using HSBC payment gateway, which is very safety. The bonuspoint system is also a great function for customers ! |

Their Chinese DVD (i.e Once Upon a time in China) is very good price. How can they make profit ?

| My recent experience told me that shopping with DVDShelf.com is not satisfied as they have several major faults in their CRM, first, how can DVDShelf list those items that they don't have any stock? and they are still selling it? Second, their email tracking system failed badly during the Ester holidays! Third, their customer service never return my email inquiry and I can't reach them over the phone as well! Better switch to other reputable ones like YesAsia! |
