Once they sent me 3 dvds by normal airmail but these did not arrive & were lost in transit. When I phoned them in HK to voice my concern, they sent out another shipment of the same dvds by express courier to me & also a discount coupon of US$5 as a token of goodwill, |

I have always been most satisfied with Yesasia for help in finding the things I wanted. They search for the most obscure titles and artists and answer all my many questions with courtesy. They are also trustworthy in their business....P.Bradbury |

I purchased English Books from YesAsia a couple times and they always have fast delivery. And I can find titles that I cannot find in local bookstores. |

Over priced~

YesAsia is overpriced compared to other sites. Also, they have a tiny selection of TV series. Delivery time is questionable, had to call them a few times to find out where my order was. Their site is better than most in terms of usability but still prone to errors. Sometimes it takes me to the international site which shows the products at a much lower price than that US/Canada site. (Makes you think they are ripping you off.) DVDshelf, coolashop, and tigercool offers lower prices. |

Overally Good!

Yes Asia is a very organized site with large selection from musics to video to books. The new addition of cookbooks is excellent. Merchandises are a bit on the expensive side. They seem to overcharge by about USD $4-8/items compare to dvdshelf and other Hong Kong base websites. |

YesAsia always improves itself!

I think being the Amazon of the east that YesAsia fully entitled this name! It has pro-actively searching for affiliates in the past months, expending its network to a much larger circle, almost all Japanese customers will first go to YesAsia if they are going to purchase latest Hong Kong pop star items, same as Korean. Their recent free shipping campaign had rolled out very successful! Keep up the Great Spirit! |

Best Asian Entertainment E-tailor
Written by Jieming from United States of America on 11/14/2001

I've been a loyal customer of YesAsia's for over two years and am comfortable saying they are the best Asia entertainment e-tailor out there. I've tried several other sites but none can compete with YesAsia's selection, prices, and dependability. |
