| Apart from their e-shopping mall and magazine, they also try to act as a solution provider for the e-business. However, I wonder how much business they have been generated so far. Their future most likely depends on the income of their new magazine. |

| 36.com’s stock dropped 47% on GEM last Friday, this is the biggest loser in history. May be the founder Tai Pai finally realized the story is ending and his dot-com dream is finally reaching the completion in less than a year. To be honest, I only went to 36.com once in September and I don’t see anything special between them and HK Cyber, StarEast or Show8, but I do see the style is cheap and similar to Next media Web site focusing on disgusting gossip and made up stories. |

| 36.com is one of the "dropping edge" GEM listed company. I only visited the site once and found it's just a copycat of any other ICP. Poor design with extremely crowed content. I'm not surprised all the major US I-Banks are selling 36.com this week. I hope the founder Dr. Yip will finally realize that copycat doesn’t work, even for you luckily listed the company. Only GOOD business model counts. |

| I think 36.com is pretty cool in terms of everything, but i'll never agree with anyone that says hongkong.com is a good site. yes, they did improve a lot from the trash in the first place, but even now, the info r so packed and unorganized. they just throw u everything. i think if u want filtered and news with just comment, i'll go for hkcyber.com. |

| I work for a top US investment bank in telecom/new media and a native Chinese speaker, hearing from my colleagues mentioning 36.com is going to IPO soon. I wonder what’s the new record for a penny stock like 36.com. For those people who follows trend, you are warned. Seeing NASDAQ dotcoms came down almost 80%, it’s scary!!! Nothing even similar to what I’ve ever experienced in my 20 years investment banking experience. |
