| After read through those review for Yesasia.com I think they are try to be a 5 star hotel with supreme service but someone just want the 5-star service but pay for 1-star price. Com'on people are working hard and deserve the paycheque. |

| Last week I was searching a East Sunday magazine about Leslie Cheung as I couldn't find it anywhere in Hong Kong, the magazine itself is only HK$28.00. Guess how much YesAsia charge? It's US$28 including shipping, I called their customer support and ask them if they can reduce the price as I am in HK, they refused me and told me it's purely a marketing decision!!! Yes! This is a rip off and I've already reported to the consumer council, they told me YesAsia is famous for rip off actually!!! |

| I want to comment on YESASIA's pricing system, I think their price is much higher than others and I always encounter products are out of stock!!! Last time I ordered a musical DVD Les Miserable from YESASIA and it took them 2 months to ship to me and worst I cannot cancel my order! This is ridiculous! |

They are very responsive, this is the number one important thing I personally look for in online purchases. They have a very efficient return policy as well. | Recently, I went on-line and shop for Leslie Cheung's CD/VCD/DVD, I found out that not only YesAsia offers the most expensive items among its competitors, and it always display items that's not even in stock, so what's the point charging to my credit card and let me wait for ages then tell me it's not available? There are plenty of choices around, just search around in this category will see. |

No need to find another recourse for asian entertainment. If you have a request the answer you fast and tell you if they can fullfill your wishes. There are no one in price and customerservice that can beat them.
